VehicleVehicleInfo does not permanently store full vehicle records from searches. We keep only short-term counters and security logs needed to operate the free search limit and protect the service.
What you can request
- Deletion of the visitor identifier and associated daily search counters linked to your browser
- Review or deletion of related security log entries where feasible
What we cannot do
- Modify or delete official government vehicle records (these are held by the relevant RTO / transport department)
- Remove data that is not under our control
How to submit a request
Please send a message through our Telegram bot with the following information:
- The vehicle registration number concerned (if applicable)
- A clear description of your request (correction or removal)
- Any additional context that helps us locate the relevant records
We will review requests in good faith and respond within a reasonable time.
